Navigating the Partnership Landscape
To ensure productive collaboration, we focus on specific types of projects and partners. This brief checklist outlines our alignment criteria and active focus areas.
We Actively Pursue
-
Narrative-First Indie Titles
Games with a strong story core that complement our portfolio. We value emotional resonance and pacing.
-
Middleware & Tools Collaboration
Open to discussing SDKs or pipelines that enhance our development efficiency, particularly in mobile optimization.
-
Co-Development (Mobile-First)
Where our expertise in haptic feedback and touch interface design can accelerate a shared vision.
Our Boundaries
-
No Porting or White-Label
We do not offer porting services or develop under another studio's brand identity.
-
Limited Team Capacity
Our core team is 12 people. We cap concurrent co-dev projects to 2 at any time.
-
Technical Constraints
Projects must target modern mobile (iOS 15+/Android 10+) or proven PC engines (Unity, Unreal, Godot).
Decision Criteria & Trade-offs
Our evaluation prioritizes documentation clarity and API stability over raw feature count. We trade development speed for long-term maintainability. A project is rejected if it introduces a documented performance regression in our build pipeline or conflicts with our publisher-mandated privacy standards. Our timeline is fixed quarterly; onboarding a new partner mid-quarter is only possible if the scope fits within existing sprint buffers.
The Warsaw Workshop
Our studio is a purpose-built environment for focused creation and iterative testing. Located in the heart of Warsaw, we blend the city's historic resilience with a modern, tactile approach to game design.
Design Lexicon
- Haptic Narrative
- Our term for game mechanics where touch feedback is a primary story delivery system, not just visual.
- Tactile Pacing
- The deliberate rhythm of input actions per minute, tuned to create emotional states (e.g., urgency vs. calm).
- Playtesting Rig
- Our dedicated room with standardized device matrix (5-year-old to latest) to ensure consistent player experience.
