This page serves as the single source of truth for user obligations, service scope, and liability limits. Any ambiguity is resolved in favor of the documented technical specifications.
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our website and associated APIs for development and testing purposes. This license terminates automatically upon breach of these terms or upon your discontinuation of use. Commercial use of our APIs requires a separate signed agreement.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of our services. Usage that introduces disproportionate load, scrapes data without permission, or facilitates malicious activity (e.g., credential stuffing, DDoS) is strictly prohibited. We monitor for anomalous traffic patterns.
By using our services, you agree to our processing of technical and diagnostic data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your users if you integrate Datreno SDKs into your applications, particularly in regulated markets like the EU.
These terms establish a clear, developer-focused relationship: you get reliable tools, we get operational stability, and both parties understand their exact boundaries of responsibility.
The core trade-off is explicit: you gain access to our full technical stack, but assume primary responsibility for user-facing compliance and ethical deployment of those tools.
Disputes are streamlined via arbitration, preserving resources for engineering, not litigation.
Refers to Datreno.com, its subdomains, our REST API, SDKs, and all associated documentation. It does not include third-party services you connect to via our platform.
Any data you upload, including build configurations, test analytics, and configuration files. We claim no ownership; you retain all rights to your data. See Privacy Policy for processing details.
The threshold of requests you may make per minute. Exceeding this triggers a 429 error and temporary throttling. Limits are documented in your developer console.
